Oh Se-hoon and Kim Dong-yeon Hold First Meeting Since Local Elections... [Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon will meet Gyeonggi Province Governor-elect Kim Dong-yeon to discuss pending issues between Seoul and Gyeonggi Province.


According to Seoul City on the 13th, Mayor Oh will have a meeting with Governor-elect Kim at 11:20 a.m. in the mayor's office. This is their first meeting since the June 1 local elections.


Seoul City explained, "The meeting was arranged as Mayor Oh responded positively to Governor-elect Kim Dong-yeon's request for a meeting."


Pending issues between Seoul and Gyeonggi Province include the metropolitan landfill site problem, the establishment of new metropolitan bus routes, and subway extensions. Previously, Mayor Oh expressed his intention to actively collaborate with Governor-elect Kim on these issues.
