[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Smart optical solutions company IL Science announced on the 9th that it is conducting an open recruitment for experienced professionals in the future car business division until the 30th.
This recruitment is being conducted in three areas of the future car business division: △Quality Management △Process Control △Production Management. New hires will work at the smart factory located in Cheonan and will be responsible for tasks related to silicon lenses for automotive electronics.
Applicants must have at least three years of experience to apply, and those with experience in launching new businesses will be given preference. Only those who pass the document screening will proceed through stages including △Aptitude Test △Job Competency Test △Practical Interview △Executive Interview, after which the final candidates will be selected.
Song Seong-geun, CEO of IL Science, plans to grant shares free of charge to all new employees by September as part of ESG management. However, a mandatory holding period of four years will apply. In addition, various welfare programs will be provided for employees.
IL Science has been striving to foster new automotive electronics businesses as future growth engines, recently recruiting Baek Kyung-guk, former Executive Director of Research Planning at Hyundai Mobis, as an advisor. The company produces silicon lenses at its smart factory in Cheonan and recently purchased approximately 1,800 pyeong of land near the factory to expand its production line.
