Communication Startup PrivateTechnology Signs Win-Win Cooperation Agreement for Global Expansion of Zero Trust Security Solutions

Zero Trust communication startup Private Technology announced on the 7th that it has signed a "business partnership agreement for the global expansion of Zero Trust security solutions" with POSCO International, which continues to foster win-win cooperation with small and medium-sized ventures.

This agreement is part of POSCO International's ESG management, which discovered Zero Trust communication technology for the first time in Korea. It aims to actively support the global expansion of startups by utilizing POSCO International's global sales infrastructure and resources with the world's first data flow technology and related products and services owned by Private Technology.

Private Technology is a startup that developed the world's first "data flow layer Zero Trust communication technology." Unlike existing communication technologies that allow continuous communication, it provides a logical communication switch that enables communication only when necessary and blocks communication when not needed. This technology controls and visualizes communications occurring without the user's awareness in real time, fundamentally preventing various risks and leakage of critical information.

The technology was first patented in the United States, the home of networking, and has secured global patents for core technologies not only in Korea but also in Europe and Japan. At the same time, the technology and patents were recognized for their exceptional value in the communication field, which startups rarely challenge, by the Korea Technology Finance Corporation, a credible evaluation institution.

Prior to signing this agreement, the two companies signed an overseas intermediary sales contract in May for the Zero Trust communication solutions "Private Connect" and "PacketGo." As part of active global marketing support, POSCO International provided approximately 100 million KRW from its marketing fund to Private Technology.

Kim Young-rang, CEO of Private Technology, stated, "The Zero Trust market for communication and data control is rapidly growing, centered on the United States." He added, "By collaborating our unique communication technology with POSCO International's capabilities and experience, we will grow into Korea's first global unicorn communication security company."
