[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Toyota Korea announced on the 3rd that it will relaunch the customer mobile application ‘Yo! Toyota!’ with added mileage system and online shopping features.
This renewal focuses on enhancing customer convenience and strengthening communication for motorsports fans by adding new menus such as ▲a mileage system ▲online shopping features where customers can purchase service products, vehicle accessories, and GR goods ▲and a GR online community, expanding beyond the previous simple service reservation and vehicle management functions for existing Toyota customers.
The newly introduced mileage system consists of five membership levels from Family to Platinum, based on customer activities such as app registration, introducing new customers, vehicle repurchase, and service visits, offering various benefits according to each tier.
In the online store, alongside vehicle accessories and service products, Toyota’s motorsports brand ‘Toyota Gazoo Racing (TOYOTA GAZOO Racing)’ official goods are introduced for the first time. Related products can be purchased using accumulated mileage or credit cards.
Additionally, to spread motorsports culture and deliver thrilling emotions along with the authentic sports car GR86 launched last May, a ‘GR Online Community’ is newly opened within the app. The GR Online Community is a space for people who love motorsports. Membership is open even to those who do not own a GR model, and members will be provided with various motorsports-related information such as motorsports content, introductions to domestic and international motorsports competitions, motorsports-related events, and priority invitations to CJ Logistics Superrace ticket events.
