Lotte Holdings Incorporated as a Subsidiary of Lotte Healthcare

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Lotte Corporation announced on the 2nd that it has incorporated Lotte Healthcare, which provides personalized services and products, as a subsidiary.

After incorporation, the number of shares owned is 70 million, with an ownership ratio of 100%. The company stated, "With 100% equity investment (investment amount of 70 billion KRW) and notification of completion of affiliate incorporation from the Fair Trade Commission, Lotte Healthcare Co., Ltd. has met the requirements for incorporation as a subsidiary of the holding company in accordance with Article 18, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 2 of the Fair Trade Act."
