RBDK 'Rapiano' Brand... Rising Brand Status Nationwide Beyond the Seoul Metropolitan Area

Developer RBDK, which has been supplying Rapiano mainly in the Seoul metropolitan area, is recently expanding its brand territory nationwide, enhancing its status in the housing market.

'Rapiano' is a complex housing brand of developer RBDK. It combines the convenience and infrastructure of apartments with the independence of detached houses and the advantages of various residential spaces. Since its debut in Gimpo in 2017, it has successfully completed sales in several projects, maintaining high recognition and preference.

Looking at the main project sites, they are concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Paju Unjeong, Goyang Samsong, Incheon Cheongna, and Gyeonggi Uiwang. Last year, the company began targeting the Chungcheong region for the first time, expanding its territory. 'Rapiano Cheonan Asan,' supplied in Asan City, Chungnam, last October, is now close to full contract for all floor plans.

Recently, preparations are underway for the development of 'Busan Oncheon Rapiano (tentative name)' in Oncheon-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan. The plan is to supply 100 complex housing units on a site of 10,623 square meters, with construction starting in July and completion scheduled for April 2024.

An RBDK official stated, "We recently completed land acquisition and ownership transfer," adding, "Oncheon-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, where the project will be located, is attracting strong demand for sales due to large-scale redevelopment, so expectations are high."

In fact, 'Raemian Forestige,' supplied through the Oncheon 4 District redevelopment project in January this year, attracted about 65,000 applicants for 4,043 units, recording an average competition rate of 58.98 to 1 and a highest rate of 347.5 to 1, with all housing types closing in the first priority.

A real estate official said, "As the proportion of consumers considering brands when choosing residential areas in the housing market is increasing, developer RBDK's 'Rapiano' is receiving high responses," adding, "Since Rapiano is expected to expand its territory nationwide, including Busan, this year, its future progress is highly anticipated."
