[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon]Doosan Enerbility is selling its UK power generation subsidiary Doosan Babcock to the French company Altrad.
According to the industry on the 27th, Doosan Enerbility signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) the day before to sell Doosan Babcock to Altrad.
The sale price is reported to be between 160 billion and 200 billion KRW.
