[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Air Seoul received a letter of appreciation from the National Police Agency in recognition of its contribution to finding missing children.
Air Seoul announced on the 26th that it received the Commissioner of the National Police Agency's letter of appreciation for its continuous efforts in the "Missing Children Search Campaign" on board aircraft in observance of "World Missing Children's Day" the day before.
Since last year, Air Seoul has been collaborating with the National Police Agency to carry out social contribution activities by displaying information such as the faces and names of long-term missing children on monitors inside aircraft during Family Month in May.
This year, the campaign has been expanded to include the display of missing children's information on the paper tags attached to baggage claim tickets distributed to passengers at airport counters. Jinman Jo, CEO of Air Seoul, said, "This year, we are able to display missing children’s information on international flights as well, allowing more passengers to take an interest and view it." He added, "Through close cooperation with the National Police Agency, we will continue to pay attention to the missing children search campaign and strive to fulfill our social responsibility in various ways unique to Air Seoul."
