The free emoticon distribution event will be conducted for friends of the ‘Boseong-gun Office’ KakaoTalk channel.
If you add the ‘Boseong-gun Office’ channel on KakaoTalk in advance, download messages will be sent sequentially from 2 PM on the day.
A total of 35,000 people will receive the emoticons on a first-come, first-served basis.
The emoticons released this time consist of 16 types, and the usage period is 30 days from the 2nd of next month to July 1st.
A Boseong-gun official said, “Many people requested the re-release of the emoticons, so we are honored to hold the event again and hope it will be an opportunity to widely promote the Boseong-gun characters.”
Meanwhile, the BS Samchongsa, a specialty product character of Boseong-gun, was created in 2020 to help local farms struggling due to COVID-19, inspired by Boseong’s representative specialty products: Boseong Green Tea, Beolgyo Cockle, and Boseong Kiwi.
In 2020, it won the grand prize at the ‘Our Neighborhood Character’ competition hosted by the Content Promotion Agency, gaining nationwide recognition, and it is actively participating in YouTube, broadcasts, festivals, and events.
