[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Gongcha Korea announced on the 26th that it will launch four new menu items featuring a new topping called ‘Golden Pearl.’
The Golden Pearl topping retains the chewy texture characteristic of pearls while being upgraded with a sweet taste and aroma, making it a perfect match for various beverages such as smoothies and milk teas.
The new menu includes four items: ‘Golden Pearl Dolce Milk Tea,’ ‘Golden Pearl Dolce Milk Tea Smoothie,’ ‘Golden Pearl Strawberry Chamomile Tea,’ and ‘Golden Pearl Mango Passionfruit Green Tea.’ These products are planned as a global joint release by Gongcha and will be launched first in Korea.
The Golden Pearl Dolce Milk Tea is a premium milk tea that combines black tea and Earl Grey tea with golden-colored Golden Pearl topping for a smooth enjoyment. The Golden Pearl Dolce Milk Tea Smoothie is a smoothie beverage based on Earl Grey tea Dolce milk tea, with sweet and chewy Golden Pearls added for a refreshing taste.
The Golden Pearl Strawberry Chamomile Tea is a herbal and fruit mix tea beverage combining chamomile tea and fruit mix tea base, enhanced with fresh strawberries and golden Golden Pearls. It offers a fragrant and sweet tea experience with a variety of textures from chewy Golden Pearls and strawberry pulp. The Golden Pearl Mango Passionfruit Green Tea adds passionfruit and mango pulp to jasmine green tea, delivering a tangy and sweet flavor along with the chewy texture of Golden Pearls and the mango pulp.
To celebrate the launch of the four new Golden Pearl menu items, Gongcha will hold a ‘Triple Stamp Promotion’ for 11 days from today until the 5th of next month. Customers who purchase one of the four new Golden Pearl menu items will receive three stamps on the Gongcha membership app (including new members), and stamps can be exchanged for one free drink for every 10 stamps collected.
