[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Wooseok] Lee Nak-yeon, former Prime Minister under the Moon Jae-in administration and former leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, visited former President Moon Jae-in's private residence in Yangsan, Gyeongnam, on the 25th.

On that day, Lee posted on his Facebook, "President Moon Jae-in's private residence in Pyeongsan Village, Yangsan, Gyeongnam. I visited with my wife and a few comrades," and added, "We reported various matters including our departure plans to the President and his wife, and also listened to their words," further stating, "The President and his wife shared many stories about their life in Pyeongsan."

It is known that Lee plans to leave for the United States for training on July 7, after the June 1 local elections.

He said, "(Former President Moon) also showed us the backyard of the house and told us stories about the dog and cat that came with him from the Blue House," and added, "We also had lunch together at a village restaurant."

He continued, "We watched a thank-you message and a staff choir video sent to the President by Mr. Yoo Seok-young, CEO of the handmade shoe store 'AGIO,' through Representative Yoon Young-chan, together with the President. The President was very grateful," adding, "'AGIO' grew overcoming management difficulties due to the connection that the President wore those shoes."

Park Kwang-on, Yoon Young-chan, and Lee Byung-hoon, Democratic Party lawmakers, accompanied the visit to the private residence, and after the visit, Lee held campaigns in Changwon and Gimhae.
