Chamzon Global Decides to Acquire 95.36% of CS Enertech Shares for 18.1 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] Chamzon Global announced on the 25th that it has decided to acquire 2,886,648 shares (95.36%) of CS Enertech, a battery manufacturer.

The acquisition amount is 18,165.37 million KRW, which corresponds to 60.64% of total assets and 68.22% of equity capital.

The scheduled acquisition date is August 29.

The company stated that the reason for the acquisition is "entry into new business and business diversification."
