Sangju-si, Gyeongbuk, Conducts On-site 'Gongyujaesan Practical Training'... Enhancing Work Expertise and Capacity Sangju City, Gyeongbuk, conducted the "Visiting Public Property Practical Training" this year to enhance the expertise and capabilities in managing public property.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Sangju City in Gyeongbuk conducted the '2022 On-site Public Property Practical Training' on the 20th for about 70 public officials in charge to improve the expertise and capabilities in public property management.


This training covered explanations of the recently revised public property laws, understanding of the system, and various case studies including actual condition surveys and compensation fees.


In particular, the session addressed practical questions, increasing participant satisfaction.


A city official said, "We hope this training will serve as an opportunity for public property officials to recognize the importance of city asset management," adding, "We will continue to expand educational opportunities to systematically manage public property."


Sangju City has been selected for three consecutive years from 2020 to this year for the public property condition survey support project conducted by the Korea Local Finance Association, securing an annual project budget of 100 million KRW by combining 50 million KRW in project support funds and 50 million KRW from its own budget.
