Hana Bank Opens Hana One Q Digital PB 'Hi.D' Service


[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] Hana Bank (CEO Park Seong-ho) announced the launch of the digital PB service 'Heidi,' allowing any customer using the representative mobile app "Hana One Q" to receive PB asset management services.


Digital PB 'Heidi,' meaning 'Hi, Digital!,' is a virtual character that provides useful information for asset management and can be accessed through Hana One Q's ‘My PB’ or the customized ‘MY Dedicated Staff’ page.


Digital PB 'Heidi' consists of personalized content offering tailored services based on customer characteristics such as age, occupation, and assets held, as well as common content providing high-quality asset management know-how on topics like real estate, taxes, and investment psychology.


The personalized content offers comprehensive customized solutions analyzing customer traits, covering financial products such as savings, funds, and loans, as well as tax, real estate transactions, and pension management. The common content, provided equally to all customers, is organized into four rich categories: ▲Money-Making Information ▲Excellent Tax Strategies ▲Curious Real Estate Law ▲Rare Trusts, each featuring various recommended products helpful for financial planning.
