Meanwhile, Son Heung-min scored his 22nd and 23rd goals in the final 38th round match of the 2021-22 EPL season against Norwich City on the same day, becoming the first Asian player to win the top scorer title. Even when expanding the scope to the five major leagues including England, Spain’s La Liga, Germany’s Bundesliga, Italy’s Serie A, and France’s Ligue 1, Son Heung-min is the first Asian to become the top scorer.
