At the meeting, Kim Seonghak, Acting Mayor of Dong-gu, and about 30 civil service officers in charge of the civil complaint window attended and shared various opinions on current civil complaint issues and ways to improve civil complaint services.
A Dong-gu official said, "We appreciate the employees who quietly respond to civil complaints at the forefront," and added, "Please always think from the perspective of the civil complainants first and strive to provide efficient civil complaint services through proactive and friendly responses and handling."
