Meet Smart Farm at NongHyup Hanaro Mart Changdong Branch

On the 20th, a customer is directly harvesting agricultural products at the Nonghyup Distribution Hanaro Mart Changdong Branch Smart Farm.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Nonghyup Hanaro Mart Changdong Branch, a specialty store for agricultural products, held an event on the 20th where customers could directly harvest vegetables from a smart farm.

The smart farm introduced at the Changdong Branch provides visitors with a visual experience to observe the growth process of agricultural products and cultivates various vegetables such as butterhead and kai pira.

At the Changdong Branch, events were held in January and April to harvest and present agricultural products grown in the smart farm to loyal customers and daycare centers. The branch plans to continue holding smart farm agricultural product harvesting experience events to promote smart agriculture.

A representative from Nonghyup Hanaro Mart Changdong Branch stated, “We held an event where customers could directly harvest fresh agricultural products grown in the smart farm,” adding, “We will continue to expand agricultural product harvesting experience events and take the lead in promoting smart agriculture to customers.”
