[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Woomi Construction announced on the 20th that it has opened the sales promotion center for ‘Seosan Technovalley Woomirin’ and started sales. It is a long-term general private rental apartment with post-sale delivery, available for move-in from October this year.
The subscription period is from the 25th to the 27th, lasting three days. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 31st, and the official contract period will be held for seven days from the 2nd to the 8th of next month.
‘Seosan Technovalley Woomirin’ is located in the Seosan Technovalley area of Seosan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, consisting of six buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 24 floors above ground, with a total of 551 households and exclusive areas of 59㎡ and 79㎡. The breakdown by exclusive area is ▲59㎡A with 317 households ▲59㎡B with 80 households ▲59㎡C with 66 households ▲79㎡ with 88 households.
The complex is a long-term general private rental apartment, so no subscription savings account is required, and anyone aged 19 or older with Korean nationality can apply regardless of residence area restrictions or home ownership status. There is no restriction on re-winning.
Additionally, the increase rate of the rental deposit and monthly rent is limited to within 5% (every two years), and residents can live for up to eight years. The residence period is not counted toward the number of owned houses.
The complex is located within Seosan Technovalley, close to nearby industrial complexes such as Auto Valley General Industrial Complex, Seosan Industry Valley General Industrial Complex, and Daesan General Industrial Complex. Seongyeon Elementary School is next to the complex, and the National Sports Center (under construction) and commercial facilities are also adjacent.
Although there are no separate units set up in the sales promotion center, visitors can check the 59㎡A, 59㎡B, and 79㎡ units, community facilities, aerial views, landscaping views, and external views of each building through VR devices.
