[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] Hanshin Engineering & Construction has signed a comprehensive business agreement for mutual cooperation with the Whanki Foundation and Whanki Museum.
Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 20th that on the 18th, it held a business agreement ceremony with the Whanki Foundation and Whanki Museum, attended by Park Mijeong, director of the Whanki Museum, and Choi Mungyu, CEO and president of Hanshin Engineering & Construction. Based on this agreement, both parties plan to establish a long-term partnership, share technologies and experiences in the fields of culture and arts, and develop various cultural and artistic projects in the future.
The main projects to be jointly carried out by both parties are expected to include ▲support for various exhibitions and museum programs ▲development of artist support programs and co-hosting exhibitions ▲consulting support for exhibition spaces within model houses. This is the first time the Whanki Museum has signed a business agreement with a construction company.
A representative of Hanshin Engineering & Construction explained, "We will continue to expand sponsorship and investment in the cultural and artistic fields in line with the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management policy." The Whanki Museum stated, "Through this agreement, we expect to re-examine the artistic world of painter Kim Whanki with architecture and space as the theme, and to create new synergy effects through communication and convergence of different fields."
