Hanshin Gongyeong Wins 53.6 Billion KRW Contract for Busan Saha Oseong Mansion Reconstruction Project

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] Hanshin Engineering & Construction announced on the 19th that it has won the contract for the Saha Oseong Mansion small-scale reconstruction project in Goejeong-dong, Saha-gu, Busan.

The Saha Oseong Mansion small-scale reconstruction project involves constructing a building with 3 basement floors and 24 above-ground floors, comprising 223 apartment units and auxiliary welfare facilities. The complex will be built with two types of medium-small units, 59㎡ and 74㎡ in exclusive area, with a construction contract amount of 53.6 billion KRW and a construction period of 30 months.

The Saha Oseong Mansion small-scale reconstruction maintenance project aims for project implementation approval in April 2023, with construction start and sales targeted for December 2023. The site is about a 10-minute walk from Saha Station on Busan Subway Line 1, and it offers easy access to downtown and outskirts via Daeti Tunnel and Nakdongnam-ro.

A Hanshin Engineering & Construction official stated, “We are expanding Hanshin’s business conditions and brand awareness, and we expect to continue our order-winning capabilities in the second half of the year.”
