Emart24 Distributes Guidebook to Enhance Convenience for Store Owners' Operations An Emart24 employee and a worker are discussing the event while looking at the monthly event guidebook.

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Emart24 will produce a marketing event introduction booklet (hereinafter referred to as the guidebook) starting in May and distribute it to all stores.


According to Emart24 on the 19th, this guidebook provision is the first case in the industry. In addition to the previous method of online notification through the franchise system in PDF file format, a guidebook using images was created to intuitively understand the monthly events, locations for attaching promotional materials, event periods, and more. The guidebook is in booklet form, sized A3, and consists of 40 pages.


Emart24 expects that the guidebook will play a positive role in enhancing franchise operation convenience, in addition to the monthly event announcements that had to be checked through existing store PCs or mobile devices.


Emart24 also revamped the content of ‘Emart24TV,’ a channel for communication between headquarters and store owners.


Currently, it provides various content where store owners can gain insights, such as ‘Weekly News’ related to store operations, ‘One Minute Information That Makes Money’ introducing industry trends, and lectures by notable figures.


Additionally, through a corner that introduces store owners famous for differentiated store operations and reveals their operational know-how, useful information is delivered to store owners.


In addition to satisfaction surveys for existing store owners, a new satisfaction survey for new store owners has been established. The policy is to quickly identify points needing improvement in the early stages of store opening and immediately reflect them to provide practical help in store operations.


Shin Hosang, Emart24’s marketing manager, said, “We are constantly thinking about ways to communicate smoothly with the owners of over 6,000 Emart24 stores and improve franchise operation efficiency,” adding, “We will continue to do our best to improve franchise sales through content that helps store operations and enhances understanding of trends and products.”
