[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Dooyul] Seco High Tech, a future-oriented company that cares about people and the environment, received the '2022 Korea Global Power Brand Award' along with a commendation from the Chairman of the National Assembly's Industry, Trade, Energy, Small and Medium Enterprises Committee on the 27th.
The Korea Global Power Brand Award is a prestigious award sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, and the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, given to promising companies and CEOs leading the future of Korea.
Seco High Tech, selected as a technology-innovative small and medium enterprise by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, was highly recognized for its contribution to national economic development through continuous research and new technologies such as fine dust reduction, receiving a commendation from the Chairman of the National Assembly's Industry, Trade, Energy, Small and Medium Enterprises Committee.
The company is a representative startup certified by Busan City, having obtained an 'Inno-Biz' A grade from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and receiving the highest technology certification for two consecutive years in the Technology Credit Evaluation (TCB) conducted by NICE Credit Information, a specialized technology credit evaluation company.
Seco High Tech is a global environmental platform company providing total solutions for ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management as well as research and development and engineering of environmental facilities. It possesses a unique technology that decomposes 99% of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), a major pollutant of fine dust, captured in ACF modules through electron beams, generating hydrogen (70%) and carbon black (23%) instead of incinerating (RTO) or burning VOCs.
CEO Ju Chulin said, “We accept this commendation as a call to work harder, and without being satisfied with the present, we will become a leading global environmental company in the government's carbon neutrality policy, fine dust reduction, and climate change response through continuous effort and research.”
