Conducted Using Blind Recruitment Method
[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Koscom is launching its first recruitment of new and experienced employees this year.
Koscom announced on the 18th that it is recruiting experienced and new employees to build a platform for the financial investment industry in response to the rapidly changing financial environment and to secure outstanding talent to lead the future of capital market IT infrastructure.
Experienced employees will be recruited in five fields: ▲ Business Planning ▲ SI·ITO Sales ▲ Service UX Planning ▲ (Cloud) DB ▲ Information Security. New employee recruitment fields include four areas: ▲ IT ▲ Electrical Facilities ▲ Accounting·Tax ▲ Management.
This year's recruitment will also be conducted through a blind hiring process, where applicants do not write their school name, age, or photo on the application form. To discover talent with excellent personality and job competency simultaneously during the hiring process, practical PT interviews and experience interviews will be conducted.
Applications are accepted until 3 p.m. today, the 30th. After document screening, written tests (major and essay exams), practical interviews, and executive interviews, successful candidates are expected to join in July.
