"Private-Led Future Car Transition Supported by Jungjinkong"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 18th that it held a 'Visiting Structural Innovation Support Project Briefing Session' at the Infac Suwon plant.

SBC collaborated with Infac to conduct the briefing session to introduce the government's policy support projects backing the private sector-led transition to future vehicles. Infac is a mid-sized company manufacturing automotive parts and is listed on the KOSPI, currently exploring ways to advance into the future vehicle industry with its major partners.

SBC focused on introducing ▲ the Structural Innovation Support Project, which supports diagnosis and consulting for establishing plans to enter new businesses ▲ the Accounts Receivable Factoring Project, which helps secure funds through early liquidation of held accounts receivable ▲ and the Win-Win Tomorrow Filling Deduction, which induces long-term retention of key personnel to help resolve labor shortages.

Going forward, SBC and Infac plan to collaborate on recommending small and medium enterprises cooperating in the future vehicle transition, providing diagnosis, consulting, and linkage support for structural innovation to cooperating SMEs, and promoting win-win structural transformation between prime contractors and small and medium partners.

Choi Hak-su, Head of SBC's Innovation Growth Headquarters, said, "If large and mid-sized companies recommend cooperating SMEs to enter new businesses together, SBC will support them using policy tools," adding, "We will strive to create successful cases of private-public collaboration so that private sector-led win-win structural transformation between large and small enterprises becomes widespread."
