On the afternoon of the 17th, employees of Seven Eleven and Ministop took a commemorative photo after conducting a plogging campaign at Nodeul Island on the Han River in Seoul.
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Seven Eleven announced on the 18th that to celebrate its 34th anniversary, employees of Seven Eleven and Ministop nationwide will participate together in the 'One Dream Plogging' campaign. Plogging refers to the activity of picking up trash while walking or jogging.
This plogging campaign will be held at 10 major locations nationwide with the participation of 150 employees. Starting from Nodle Island on the Han River in Seoul on the afternoon of the 17th, it will be conducted in a relay format until the 27th at places such as Ara Waterway in Incheon, Anmok Beach in Gangneung, and Haeundae in Busan.
Under the theme of 'Green 7,' Seven Eleven has been conducting various environmental love campaigns, including AI recycling resource collection robots and eco-friendly coin donation activities.
A Seven Eleven official said, "To commemorate the anniversary, we prepared a meaningful time for employees nationwide to participate together," and added, "We will continue to steadily carry out social contribution programs to protect the environment of our local communities."
