Dongbu Construction has achieved the highest rating in the credit evaluation by the Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG).
On the 17th, Dongbu Construction announced that it received an 'AAA' rating in the regular credit rating evaluation by HUG.
Dongbu Construction's rating rose two levels this year, after receiving AA in 2020 and A+ in 2021.
With the credit rating increase, HUG's guarantee fee rates (such as construction guarantees and subcontract payment guarantees) are expected to be reduced.
HUG's credit evaluation rating is calculated based on HUG's internal standards using key financial indicators and financial ratios over three years.
A Dongbu Construction official said, "This achievement was possible due to consistent management of financial indicators," adding, "We will continue to strive to maintain a high rating in the future."
