Jindo-gun, Recruiting and Designating New Affordable Price Businesses

Various Benefits Provided... Expectation to Create an Atmosphere of Price Stability

[Jindo=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-kyung] Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do, is recruiting and designating new Jindo-gun Good Price Businesses to create an atmosphere of curbing price increases.

Good Price Businesses refer to exemplary price stabilization businesses designated by local governments according to the standards of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety among individual service businesses that offer low prices, excellent hygiene conditions, and high-quality services.

Applicants include restaurants, beauty salons, bathhouses, and laundries; however, those who have received administrative sanctions within the last two years or nationwide franchise stores are excluded.

The county plans to select 15 businesses through evaluation of 11 items in four areas: price, hygiene/cleanliness, quality service, and public interest, followed by on-site inspections.

Businesses designated as Good Price Businesses will receive various benefits such as attachment of a Good Price Business certification plaque and support for volume-based waste bags.

The application period is until the 24th, and for more details, inquiries can be made to the Regional Economy Team of the Economic Marketing Division of Jindo-gun.

A representative of the Economic Marketing Division of Jindo-gun stated, “We will do our best to create an atmosphere of curbing price increases through the designation of Good Price Businesses that have both affordable prices and high-quality services.”
