Support for Seoul Startups Hoping to Expand Overseas and Export Based on SNS Marketing
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Seoul Business Agency (SBA, CEO Kim Hyun-woo) announced on the 16th that it is recruiting companies to participate in the 'Global SNS Marketing Support Project' for excellent Seoul startups struggling to develop new global sales channels.
This project enables domestic startups to utilize SNS-based overseas marketing platforms to pioneer overseas sales channels, enhance brand awareness through promotion, and support export expansion. Last year, 125 small and medium-sized enterprises (415 items) achieved sales of about 2.5 billion KRW through global SNS marketing support.
To implement this year's Global SNS Marketing Support Project, Seoul Startup Hub Changdong is recruiting excellent startups until the 23rd. This year's support project will select up to 100 companies by establishing cooperative relationships with specialized marketing partners and conduct customized SNS-based marketing targeting more than 10 countries overseas.
The final selected companies can receive support of up to 4 million KRW, and services such as influencer live broadcasts, product review content production, SNS channel keyword advertising, and online/offline events will be provided. Sung Dong-ho, head of SBA Startup Division, said, "Through this support project, SBA will support the global expansion of excellent startups with innovative technologies and products," and added, "We look forward to many companies wishing to pioneer new global sales channels to apply."
