Chairman Koo Ja-hak of Ourhome's Funeral on the 15th... Koo Ja-yeol, Chairman of the Korea International Trade Association, Delivers Eulogy

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] The funeral service for the late Koo Ja-hak, chairman of Ourhome, will be held at 7 a.m. on the 15th at the funeral hall of Seoul Asan Medical Center in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

According to Ourhome on the 14th, the funeral service on the 15th will proceed in the order of a moment of silence for the deceased, introduction of his biography, eulogy, and flower offering and incense burning. The eulogy will be delivered by Koo Ja-yeol, chairman of the Korea International Trade Association.

The burial site is Gwangju Park Cemetery in Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The interment ceremony will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the 15th.

Chairman Koo was a 'first generation industrialist' who worked as a business leader in various industries such as food, chemicals, electronics, and construction since 1960. In 2000, he established Ourhome, separating from the LG Group along with LG Distribution's Food Service (FS) division, and led Ourhome for over 20 years.
