I will definitely win overwhelmingly in this election to repay the support of the residents."
He continued, "The spark of hope that started in Jeonnam will spread like a wildfire and set the Republic of Korea ablaze," and earnestly requested, "I sincerely ask you to unite the strength and potential of Jeonnam."
He also said, "Jeonnam is no longer a 'poor and underdeveloped area.' Over the past four years, Jeonnam has built a foundation for new development through numerous achievements and changes. The next four years will be a time of great leap forward for Jeonnam," emphasizing, "Together with the residents, I will open the 'Great Leap Forward, Jeonnam Happiness Era.' I will become a 'governor who empowers each and every resident.'
After completing his candidate registration that day, Candidate Kim immediately visited Mokpo Cheongho Market to communicate with merchants and began full-scale election activities.
