[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Shinhan Bank is partnering with proptech (an industry combining real estate and IT) startup Holmes Company to collaborate on linking financial and housing services.

Shinhan Bank announced on the 10th that it signed a business agreement with Holmes Company on this matter. This agreement was made alongside the investment from Shinhan Financial Group's digital strategic investment fund, "One Shinhan Connect New Technology Investment Association No. 1," managed by Shinhan Capital. Through this cooperation, Shinhan Bank plans to collaborate with Holmes Company in the fields related to finance and real estate.

Holmes Company is a comprehensive proptech startup that conducts development, brokerage, and operation related to housing and accommodation, starting with 'Holmes Studio,' Korea's first corporate-type shared housing service.

Shinhan Bank and Holmes Company will jointly carry out projects such as ▲ providing financial services for Holmes Studio, Holmes Stay, and Holmes Town ▲ cooperating on comprehensive real estate services for Shinhan Bank customers ▲ discovering customer services and promoting new businesses through real estate data exchange and cooperation.
