On that day, among the six practical strategies, Hong cited the third strategy as the "Environmental Management System Preparing for the Era of Carbon Neutrality" and the fourth strategy as "Clustering and Connecting to Realize the 10-Minute City."

He said, "Creating a clean Gimhae to pass on to our children is not a choice but a necessity," and promised ▲reducing pollutant emissions and strengthening the resource circulation recovery system ▲expanding resource circulation education and publicity ▲expanding subsidies for eco-friendly vehicles.

He proposed ▲establishing a smart logistics complex as a hub for Northeast Asian logistics industry and the Gimhae-type 10-minute smart innovation city (G10 Smart City Project) ▲early construction of a metropolitan urban railway network and the spread of eco-friendly trams ▲life-oriented spatial innovation for the 10-minute city Gimhae.

As life-oriented spatial innovations, he suggested ▲expanding the creation of park golf courses utilizing idle spaces ▲establishing bicycle road networks for commuting in the city center and leisure-type bicycle road networks ▲preparing shared spaces Station-G for youth and young adults ▲preparing learning and play spaces Station-L for infants and moms ▲building and supporting the operation of cultural and artistic infrastructure by region ▲creating accessible life-oriented swimming pools and playgrounds for companion animals.

Hong said, "I will not engage in irresponsible administration that just says 'use it since it is built,'" and "I will supply proper public services where citizens truly need them."

He expressed his ambition, saying, "As a passionate communicator, I will work hard and listen to voices from the field," and "I will engrave in my heart that every penny is the citizens' tax money and prioritize the quality of citizens' lives when promoting projects."
