Songpa-gu Mayor Park Seong-su to Hold Election Office Opening Ceremony on the 9th

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Park Seong-su, Mayor of Songpa-gu, who has adopted the slogan "Unprecedented Change in Songpa! Park Seong-su Once Again" for the June 1 local elections, will hold an opening ceremony for his election office on the 9th to kick off his campaign.

On the same day, from 1 to 6 p.m., Park Seong-su will host the opening ceremony in the form of a "Meeting with the Candidate" at the election office located at Namgang Building, Rooms 401 and 501, 153 Ogeum-ro, Songpa-gu.

At the event, candidates for Songpa-gu city and district council positions running in the June 1 local elections will attend and pledge their determination to secure victory together with candidate Park Seong-su.

Additionally, National Assembly member Nam In-soon, former Minister of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety Lee Geun-sik, Seoul mayoral candidate Song Young-gil, and numerous supporters from various sectors in the Songpa area will attend in large numbers to celebrate the opening ceremony.

Park Seong-su, Mayor of Songpa-gu, emphasized, "Please entrust me to complete what Park Seong-su has started," and added, "I will repay the residents by focusing unwaveringly on them and elevating the value of Songpa through administration."

Prior to this, on the 2nd, Park Seong-su officially declared his bid for re-election as the mayor of Songpa-gu for the 8th term of the local government, stating, "The unprecedented change and development of Songpa must continue."

He presented "Songpa Beyond Seoul" as the urban vision for the 8th term, outlining four core visions: ▲ Songpa as Seoul’s premier luxury city ▲ Songpa as an economic city with a thriving local economy ▲ Songpa as an education and cultural city ▲ Songpa as a city with the highest quality of life in health, welfare, and environment.

During the 7th term, he is evaluated to have achieved unprecedented results through projects such as completing the Songpa Dullegil trail, large-scale urban development, and establishing Songpa Saem.
