[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Oasis Market announced on the 3rd that it will deliver warm hearts to families in need in collaboration with the social welfare corporation Yeolmae Nanum Foundation in celebration of Children's Day.


Oasis Market stated that it held a donation ceremony with Yeolmae Nanum Foundation to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Children's Day. The ceremony took place at the Oasis Market Seoul office in Seocho-gu, Seoul, with attendees including An Junhyung, CEO of Oasis Market, and Kim Chuin, Secretary General of Yeolmae Nanum Foundation.


The donation will be used to provide necessary supplies to families facing care gaps on Children's Day, May 5th.


Beyond simple donations, Oasis Market has been regularly delivering fresh food packages to children and adolescent families at risk of food insecurity in partnership with Yeolmae Nanum Foundation for nearly two years. The support for food packages began in May 2020.


Every Wednesday and Saturday, food packages are delivered to 236 vulnerable children and adolescent families in the Seoul area. The packages are composed of meat, fruits, eggs, milk, and other items considering the nutrients necessary for growth.


Kim Chuin, Secretary General of Yeolmae Nanum Foundation, said, "We are pleased to be working with Oasis Market on this meaningful support project to care healthily for children, our future, on the 100th anniversary of Children's Day."


An Junhyung, CEO of Oasis Market, stated, "We hope that the products delivered on May 5th will help children have a happier Children's Day. We will continue to work with Yeolmae Nanum Foundation to fill not only the stomachs but also the hearts of children with healthy food packages."
