Gokseong-gun Gallery 107 Hosts the 3rd Gokseong Artists Association Exhibition

Showcasing Over 40 Nature-Themed Works

[Gokseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Cha Jongseon] Gallery 107 and Street Gallery in Gokseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that the Gokseong Artists Association Exhibition will be held from the 6th to the 18th.

This exhibition will showcase about 40 works featuring each artist's unique perspective on the theme of nature.

Nine artists are participating: Kang Seong (woodcraft), Go Jeongae (Western painting), Kim Mallye (natural dyeing), Kim Haeran (Western painting), Park Heeseok (Korean painting), Lee Guijae (stone sculpture), Lim Wonja (watercolor), Ahn Taejung (wood carving), and Jang Bongryong (ceramics).

Artist Jang Bongryong said, "I wanted to convey the creative will of artists, which had been stagnant due to COVID-19, through this exhibition. I also want to contribute to the development of culture and arts in Gokseong in the future. I hope this exhibition will provide a place for cooperation and communication among local artists in Gokseong."

Gallery 107 is open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
