ADM Korea Partners with Medidata to Expand DM Business

[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Clinical Research Organization (CRO) ADM Korea has formed a partnership with Medidata, a clinical trial solutions specialist, to strengthen its Data Management (DM) business.

Through this partnership, ADM Korea will adopt Medidata's clinical trial solutions, including Rave Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Rave Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM), and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) solutions.

ADM Korea explained that it had already prepared to immediately launch its DM business prior to signing the partnership. The company has proactively recruited a large number of certified experts capable of utilizing Medidata's clinical trial solutions and increased its DM personnel by 30% compared to the previous quarter to ensure immediate deployment. The company expects to provide services without additional time required for training and certification for solution utilization.

An ADM Korea representative stated, “Through this partnership, in addition to the clinical trial solutions from CRS Cube that we have been using, we will now be able to cover Medidata's clinical trial solutions as well, which we expect will enable us to secure a wider range of clients and diversify our business orders. Based on this enhanced competitiveness, we will strengthen our sales activities targeting the global market and strive to expand our orders.”
