[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON announced on the 3rd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Incheon City Wolmi SangSang Platform to promote an online and offline project for the complex cultural facility 'TYDE'. The plan is to activate the platform by linking the online touchpoints where customers experience and make payments with TMON in the offline space called 'TYDE', helping customers have new experiences.

TYDE, promoted as part of the urban regeneration project, is a complex cultural facility created by remodeling an abandoned grain warehouse at Pier 8 of Incheon Port, consisting of a total of five floors. The 1st and 2nd floors will be designed as spaces focused on cultural experiences and exhibitions such as digital art. The 3rd and 4th floors will be developed as spaces where differentiated meals and beverages can be enjoyed.

While carrying out the TYDE project, TMON will promote digital linkage of offline services. First, it will establish a reservation and payment system linked with TMON Pay and TMON Cash. It will also provide a comprehensive digital service infrastructure such as a smart tourism information system that allows users to view exhibition halls and cafes at a glance, and a smart order system that enables pre-ordering through TMON and immediate use at stores. In particular, 'TMON Space' will be created within TYDE to allow customers to directly participate in and experience the TMON brand offline.

Jang Yoon-seok, CEO of TMON, said, "Unlike existing complex cultural facilities, we are preparing to provide an innovative customer experience throughout the entire service process including payment and experience," adding, "Based on TMON's technological capabilities and platform competitiveness, we will strive for mutual growth with various partners through the keyword of coexistence."
