[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it has determined and announced the individual official land prices as of January 1 this year on the 29th, and will accept objections until the 30th of next month.
The individual official land prices determined and announced this time cover 213,000 parcels, which have undergone verification by appraisers, hearing of opinions from landowners, and deliberation by the County Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, showing a 7.85% increase compared to the previous year.
Individual official land price inquiries can be checked at the county office's general civil service office, eup/myeon offices, or through the website (Real Estate Price Disclosure Informer).
Landowners and interested parties with objections can apply by visiting in person, by mail, or through the Ilsapyeonri Real Estate Integrated Civil Service website.
For lands with objections, a re-investigation will be conducted considering the characteristics of the individual land, the prices of nearby lands, and balance, followed by verification by appraisers and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The results will be individually notified by June 24.
