Yeonggwang-gun 'Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project' Additional Recruitment

[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 28th that it will additionally recruit candidates for the ‘Youth Employment Housing Cost Support Project’ until the 20th of next month to alleviate the housing cost burden of working youth in the region.

This project provides monthly housing cost support of 100,000 KRW for up to one year to working youth in the province, and the additional recruitment this time is for 5 people.

Eligibility requirements include being aged between 18 and 39, residing in a Jeonse (with a loan of 50 million KRW or more) or monthly rent housing (60,000 KRW or less) within the province, having worked for at least 3 months within the last 6 months as a worker or business owner in the province, and having a household income recognized as 150% or less of the median income, among other conditions that must all be met.

Applications can be submitted to the Youth Support Team of the Population and Job Policy Office.

A county official said, “We hope this support will help economically independent young people without housing who want to settle in the county but are burdened by housing costs.”
