[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do, will determine and announce the prices of 14,909 individual houses as of January 1 this year on the 29th.
According to the county on the 28th, the announced price of individual houses is the combined price of the house and its attached land, and the individual house prices in Hwasun-gun increased by 6.62% compared to the previous year.
The county conducted a full survey from October last year to determine appropriate house prices, calculated the house prices, and after verification by the Korea Real Estate Board and deliberation by the Hwasun-gun Real Estate Price Announcement Committee, the prices are announced.
The 2022 individual house prices can be viewed through the Real Estate Public Price Informer or the Hwasun-gun website.
House owners and interested parties who have objections to the announced house prices can fill out and submit an objection form available at the county office’s finance department or the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers by the 30th of next month.
Once an objection is received, procedures such as re-investigation of the relevant house will be conducted, and an adjusted announcement will be made on June 24, with the results notified to the objectors.
A county official said, “The announced individual house prices are used as tax data and price information for the housing market,” and added, “We hope many residents will review the house prices within the period.”
