[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 27th that the prices of 7,359 individual houses as of January 1 this year have been determined and publicly announced as of the 29th after deliberation by the Yeonggwang-gun Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.
The individual house prices are based on the standard house prices publicly announced annually by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and after verification by the Korea Real Estate Board, the county governor determines and publicly announces the prices calculated according to the characteristics of each house.
This year's individual house prices showed a slight increase of 3.06% compared to the previous year, which is below the average increase rate of 5.85% in the Jeonnam region. This reflects the comprehensive situation where Yeonggwang has abundant supply of residential land but less demand for country house sales compared to nearby Gwangju, and there are still many undeveloped areas.
The individual house prices determined and publicly announced this time can be viewed on the county website or through the Real Estate Price Disclosure Information Service.
Owners or interested parties who have objections can submit an objection application form to the county finance department or the eup/myeon office by the 30th of next month.
A county official said, “Prices of apartments, row houses, and multi-family houses totaling 7,102 units, which are publicly announced by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, will also be available for viewing from the 29th in the same way, so we ask for the interest of residents who own houses.”
