On the 26th, Silla University signed an agreement with Goryeo Medical Tourism Development and For You Communications at the President's Reception Room in the 60th Anniversary Hall of Silla University.
Goryeo Medical Tourism Development is a specialized medical tourism travel agency that attracts foreign patients and develops medical tourism products.
For You Communications covers the entire MICE industry and has recently attracted medical tourism projects.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will promote ▲exchange of related industry information ▲consultation on the operation of related major curricula and extracurricular activities ▲cooperation in education and training such as joint lectures and special lectures ▲employment cooperation including field training.
Yang Seung-hoon, head of the Department of Tourism Management, said, “We pursued the agreement focusing on the medical tourism industry as a niche market that will bring new energy to the tourism and MICE industries. The sensitivity to soothe physical and mental fatigue caused by COVID-19 is the true competitiveness that tourism workers must have in the COVID endemic era, and the main stage for that will be the medical tourism market.”
