‘Edit City Sangdo I-eum’ Commercial Complex Set to Open in June

Seobuseon Light Rail, Jangseungbaegi Comprehensive Administrative Town and Other Consecutive Development Boons Draw Attention

‘Edit City Sangdo I-eum’ Commercial Complex Set to Open in June

The commercial complex 'Edit City Sangdo Ieum' within the Hillstate Jangseungbaegi Station apartment complex will begin sales in June.

Located in the center of Sangdo, it is a street-type commercial complex approximately 150 meters long, expected to attract attention for its excellent visibility even from a distance. Many end-users are focusing on it due to successive development benefits such as the extension of the Seobu Line, the Jangseungbaegi Comprehensive Administrative Town, and the Noryangjin New Town development.

In particular, the Seobu Line light rail, scheduled to open in 2028, is considered a major advantage. The Seobu Line light rail is planned as a route connecting Saejeol Station on Subway Line 6 in Eunpyeong-gu to Seoul National University Station on Line 2 in Gwanak-gu, linking the northwest and southwest areas of Seoul. Upon completion, it is expected to greatly enhance convenience of movement between regions by establishing a well-connected transportation system.

The site of 'Edit City Sangdo Ieum' is located near Jangseungbaegi Station in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, promising a premium ultra-station area location. When the Jangseungbaegi Station (a transfer station for Line 7) on the Seobu Line opens in 2028, the location will be secured as a double station area, expanding from the existing ultra-station area right in front of Exit 6. Through road networks such as Olympic-daero, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Hangang Bridge, and Sangdo-ro, it will be easy to access nearby areas like Yeouido, Yongsan, and Gangnam.

Combined with abundant surrounding living infrastructure, a synergistic effect among commercial districts is also expected. Shopping and cultural facilities such as Lotte Department Store Gwanak Branch, E-Mart Yeouido Branch, and Noryangjin Fish Market, as well as government offices, are concentrated in the area. Furthermore, the Jangseungbaegi Administrative Town, scheduled for completion in 2022, is located directly opposite, which is expected to attract even more visitors.

Not only living infrastructure but also numerous natural environments with high comfort are nearby, including Noryangjin Neighborhood Park, Yeongdo Park, Yongmasan, Sangdo Neighborhood Park, Nodeul Island, and Yeouido Hangang Park. Nearby educational institutions such as Noryangjin Elementary School, Jangseung Middle School, Ganghyeon Middle School, Yeongdeungpo High School, as well as Dongjak Library, Noryangjin academy district, and universities, provide strong demand from parents and students.

Meanwhile, 'Edit City Sangdo Ieum' is currently operating a promotional center.
