[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] DNA Link announced on the 14th that it has terminated the merger agreement and withdrawn the securities registration statement after a shareholder owning more than 20% of the total issued shares of the surviving company notified their opposition to the merger during the merger process with Entermedia.
As a result of receiving opposition to the merger, the number of opposing shares was 4,323,036, accounting for 26.36% of the total issued shares.
