Gyeryong Construction Wins 140.6 Billion KRW Yangju Okjeong Public-Supported Private Rental Housing Project

[Asia Economy Reporter Myung-hwan Lee] Gyeryong Construction announced on the 14th that it has signed a construction contract for the Yangju Okjeong A5BL Publicly Supported Private Rental Housing Project with Gyeryong Hana No.3 Consignment Management Real Estate Investment Company.

The contract amount is 140.6 billion KRW, which corresponds to 5.49% of last year's sales. The contract period is from May 31 of this year to February 28, 2025.
