According to the Samsan Police Station in Incheon on the 14th, a report was received that around 7:50 PM on the 5th, a woman in her 30s, identified as Ms. A, stole bread and beverages being sold at an unmanned bakery in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and fled.
CCTV footage inside the store captured Ms. A stacking bread and drinks next to the cash register and then transferring them into plastic bags provided in the store.
Ms. A left the store carrying the plastic bag filled with items and a cake taken from the display shelf.
The store owner, Mr. B, in his 40s, told Yonhap News, "Ms. A entered the store and within three minutes stole products worth about 100,000 won, including cakes," adding, "Her actions were natural and without any hesitation."
Meanwhile, the police are investigating the detailed circumstances of the incident.
