Plastic Waste Collection at The Terrace on 4th Floor of I'Park Mall
Animal Sculptures Reborn and Exhibited
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] HDC I'Park Mall announced on the 14th that it will conduct the 'Green Light House' Urban Nature Green Campaign in collaboration with recycle artist ingoh.
'Green Light House' is a recycling project that collects discarded plastic waste and transforms it into sculptures through the hands of a recycle artist. It is a customer participation green campaign conducted as part of I'Park Mall's eco-friendly ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management.
The campaign will be held until the 1st of next month through three 'Green Light House' plastic collection bins installed on the 4th floor of The Terrace at I'Park Mall. During the campaign period, the collected waste plastic from customer participation will be reborn as animal sculptures and will be permanently exhibited at The Terrace thereafter.
An official from HDC I'Park Mall said, "This green campaign aligns with I'Park Mall's Urban Nature concept and is meaningful as a sustainable artwork completed together through customer participation. We hope people can empathize with the fact that waste plastic can also be used as art sculptures and that eco-friendly activities are possible through small daily practices."
I'Park Mall plans to continuously present various ESG contents in collaboration with artists, organizations, and brands engaged in eco-friendly activities.
