Bando Construction Signs Joint Development Agreement for Building Plumbing System with Partners

Bando Construction announced on the 14th that it has signed a technical cooperation agreement with its partner company, Cheongwan Co., Ltd., to establish a mutual cooperation system in the field of 'building piping system.'

Through this agreement, both companies will establish a mutual cooperation system in the existing building sink piping system field, and jointly pursue research and technology development to improve the quality of piping systems, activate energy-saving piping systems, file intellectual property rights, and introduce technologies.

Regarding the 'double piping system for building sinks' jointly developed through their collaborative technology development, they have applied for a joint patent with the Korean Intellectual Property Office. It is designed to discharge laundry water and kitchen wastewater through a single vertical pipe using an FD for laundry water discharge, offering advantages such as reduced material and construction costs as well as ease of maintenance.
