Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office Signs Business Agreement to Promote Job Creation

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office Veterans Support Center announced on the 14th that it held a 'Veteran Job Creation Activation Support Business Agreement Ceremony' with the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled at the Sanghanmuk Room of the government building.

This agreement ceremony was signed to establish a mutual cooperation system with the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled to facilitate the smooth social reintegration and activation of stable job creation for disabled veterans who have faithfully performed the mission of national defense and have been discharged after mid- to long-term service.

Lim Jong-bae, head of the Gwangju Regional Veterans Affairs Office, said, "Warm interest in veterans who have served and dedicated themselves to the country is a national responsibility. We will establish a close cooperative system with the Gwangju Regional Headquarters of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled to create practical jobs for veterans registered as disabled, cooperate with each other, and actively strive for the successful social reintegration of veterans through continuous agreements with job-related organizations."
