In this pregnancy and childcare class, participants will learn about gynecological diseases that may occur after childbirth. It will provide information on preventive measures and lifestyle habits to alleviate symptoms related to postpartum sequelae such as urinary incontinence, hemorrhoids, constipation, and menstrual irregularities.
Additionally, the class will cover the risks and prevention methods of 'pregnancy-related diseases' such as fatty liver, vascular diseases, kidney issues, hypertension, and diabetes, which can occur when the mother's immunity temporarily decreases during pregnancy to protect the fetus.

After the lecture, a prize drawing event will be held.
